DETAILS:
Welcome to "Goodness and Mer-Sea" at 446 Western Lake Drive! Located in the heart of WaterColor's Park District, this charming 4-bedroom coastal retreat features new designer furnishings, a new 6 seater electric cart, expansive porches, new high-end appliances, and an open floor plan creating the perfect space to gather with family and friends. Upon entering, the grand space cohesively flows from the living room with gas fireplace and large flat screen tv, to the fully equipped kitchen and onward to the dining area with seating for up to eight. There is additional seating for four at both the kitchen bar as well as on the small, screened patio just off the dining area. Located also on the first floor is the laundry room, half bathroom, and master bedroom hosting a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Ascending to the second floor, you will find two additional king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Both feature their own access to a large, screened porch, and provide a peaceful space for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of the WaterColor community. Separating from one of the king bedrooms by attached bathroom is a bunk room hosting two custom built twin beds. Also located on the second floor is a secondary living space with queen sleeper sofa and kitchenette, making this an ideal setup for kids or teens to enjoy their own oasis.

Wonderful Week

We had a great spring break and this house made it happen. Location is prime. We walked everywhere unless we wanted to take the house golf cart or bikes out. The SBR staff was amazing and graced us with a welcome bottle of wine and charcuterie board. We celebrated my son's 7th birthday while there and we are so thankful for the core memories made this week. Thank you!

Beautiful home for a perfect family vacation

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Location is quiet and convenient to all Watercolor amenities. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was the perfect home base for our family with young kids over spring break. Would definitely book again!
