The space

A wonderfully shaded porch greets guests, providing the perfect place to relax with friends and family throughout the day under the breeze of the ceiling fans. Through the front door is a stunning, professionally decorated living room and dining space. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, quartz countertops, and premium stainless appliances, including a Wolf gas range, a 36-inch Sub Zero refrigerator, and a wine cooler. The massive eat-in ktichen island keeps has barstool seating as well. The primary master bedroom with king bed is on the main floor and has a spectacular private bath with a large soaking tub and separate glass shower.

The second floor has a cozy second living room with a sleeper sofa and a large flatscreen, a great space for the kids to hang out! There is a half bath just steps away, along with a spacious screened-in balcony with charming WaterColor neighborhood views. You'll also find the second primary bedroom with king bed and a private en suite full bathroom with glass shower. The second floor also has a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combination which it shares with the bunk room (2 sets of 2 twin bunk beds) - the perfect accommodations for the young and the young at heart! This lovely WaterColor vacation home sleeps 12 comfortably( only 10 Watercolor Amenity wristbands available for this home per Watercolor HOA) and features HD flatscreen TVs in all of the bedrooms.

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The Beach Club is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 4 minute bike ride. The ultra desirable and stunning phase 1 Park District location of this home cannot be beat!!

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

This house comes with a maximum of 10 wristbands ( only 10 Watercolor Amenity wristbands available for this home per Watercolor HOA) . Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband.

Other things to note

Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.

The Watercolor HOA requires all guests over age 5 to wear provided amenity wristbands to access WaterColor amenities such as community pools and the WaterColor Beach area. In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.

Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.

Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.

Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

The golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.

Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
