Minutes to pond or bay swimming & many Cape beaches. Ride to P-town in 30 minutes or shop in quaint downtown Chatham in 10. Many restaurants within 15 minutes or stay home & grill in the back yard.
The space
The space is homey and comfortable with great spots for a good read, plenty of outdoor lounging by the pool or on the deck. Home office provides separate work space for wifi and desk space. Beautiful kitchen is great for family cooking and meals, with eat in dining area as well as separate formal dining room. Fans throughout the home provide an alternative to air conditioning on beautiful Cape days. Indoor spa in the master bath provides a relaxing indoor reprieve for those not so nice weather days.

Home Away from Home

I felt like we had been invited to stay at the vacation home of a friend's family. This home is well furnished, trending to the fancy side. The property has been well maintained, including the very nice outdoor pool and hot tub. As will sometimes happen with a house that is about 20 years old, an appliance needed service while we were there. The owners responded quickly, and the repair was done that morning while we were at the beach. The location Mid-Cape, not far from Rt 6, was well suited to our needs. On the welcome book, which included extensive instructions about how things worked in the house, as well as detailed restaurant and beach guides, the owners stated that they wanted us to have a "five-star" stay. We did.
