Enjoy this sun-splashed, spacious 2nd floor villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Fantastic location at Ocean Edge resort, overlooking the golf course. Waken to the sounds of birds. Steps from the Linx Tavern which is open daily in-season for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Steps away from the Arbor pool and the Shark Bah. This beautiful unit offers cathedral ceilings, palladium windows, fireplaced living room, new sleeper sofa in living room. A/C in all living areas, 4 TVs with cable, Wi-Fi, high speed Internet, Amazon Alexa, telephone. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, new mattress/foundation for restful sleep. Second bedroom has two full size beds. Third bedroom has full size bed with new mattress and foundation. Separated bedrooms ensures privacy for multiple families or relatives. Fully applianced kitchen, washer & dryer in the unit. Beautifully appointed with a nautical theme. New kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops. There is a pack-n-play, carriage, booster seat and bed rails for the little ones. (Please bring baby's sheet and blankets.) Many activities (see list below).

*7 night minimum stay in July, and August; Saturday to Saturday only
* 5 night minimum stay in June
* 3 night minimum April, May, September and October.

Deposit of 50% is required.

We have several repeat guests. Their comments have been - "This place is beautiful. We love it, we can't wait to come back. Very clean and all updated. I saw the others but this is by far the best. Furnished in a summer beach mode that can make you feel happy. Walk to pools!"

Activities:

Enjoy golf access at Ocean Edge. The clubhouse is a short walk (300 yards) from my unit. Green fees apply.

Of course, Cape Cod is famous for its beaches. There are numerous beach guides available online. My favorite is published by the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce: https://www.capecodchamber.org/things-to-do/beaches/.

The outdoor Arbor pool is just across the street from my unit (4 minute walk). Relax there, no need to cook, your every desire will be met by the Shark Bah which is adjacent to the Arbor pool. Nothing could be more convenient for a wonderful, relaxing week. Zero driving!

All on-site activities at Ocean Edge resort require the purchase of guest passes. Daily passes cost $27 per adult (16 years or over) and $14 per child (6 to 15 years). Children under 6 are free. Weekly passes cost $80 per adult and $40 per child.

Beautiful villa in the Ocean Edge resort property. Great location in Brewster. Walking distance to pool, Lynx Tavern (a gorgeous restaurant with amazing views). Lorin was excellent host. Her villa is lovely. Clean, spacious, well appointed and convenient. Rooms are large and comfortable with great views of the golf course. Lorin offered great advice for breakfast spots, restaurants in the area and the best place for a sunset view. Thank you so much Lorin. We loved our stay.

Highly recommend this vacation rental. Plenty of sleeping space (we were 2 families of 4.) Close to pool, tennis, pickleball. Clean and easy to check-in/out. Plenty of towels and beach chairs. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful, clean and large condo

Lorin’s home was beautiful. We were able to check in early and the space was fit with everything we could’ve needed, especially for the kids. The third bedroom has an open space above sliding doors so it could get quite noisy in the morning w children, so be mindful of that. And there is great WiFi INSIDE the condo, but the rest of the development has no cell service. However, the condo itself was lovely and the pool across the street was SO convenient and fun. Lorin was lovely to deal with, I highly recommend her home!

Lorin’s place in Ocean’s Edge felt clean, relaxing, and like we felt at home. There was plenty of space for us 4 adults and two kids (3yo & 1yo). Not only did we fit perfectly, Lorin has many additional items to make our stay much easier such as stroller, bed rails, beach toys, booster seat etc. On top of this, the location in the resort was perfect! Walking distance to the pool, Lynx restaurant, and golf is super convenient. Last but not least, Lorin was very nice and responsive. She had no problem with us checking in early if turn down service was completed. Very accommodating. I’d highly recommend Lorin’s place. Thanks Lorin!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

This villa was absolutely perfect! Great location, close to the pool, restaurants, beaches and there were many local activities for kids not far from the resort. The place was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything we could possibly need. We will definitely be back next summer!

Spacious well-appointed Cape Cod condo!

This is a lovely condo right on a golf course near lots of great beaches. You can buy a pass to use the pool and gym too. The owner is very attentive and we had a great time. I highly recommend this rental.

Spacious, very clean, perfectly stocked and tastefully decorated villa

We had a great time at Lorin’s villa at Ocean Edge. We wanted for nothing. Had everything at our fingertips. Great location near the pool and pool bar with delicious drinks. Would definitely book again. Food at the Lynx was very good and food at The Terrace was amazing.

I come from Massachusetts. I always loved the cape, and this location is the best. I am in the real estate business, this is by far the best resort for family fun. The kids love this location. So many activities for them and the entire family. The kids wont go anywhere else. So much fun for them.

Why they chose this property

Looked all over Ocean Edge resort. None of the other condos or villas are as beautiful. The great sun splashed rooms. The palladium windows. The large bedrooms. The location, overlooking the 9th hole. Walk to Linx restaurant and Arbor pool. Very clean and in excellent condition.

***Our cleaners are professionals. They wear masks while they clean the unit, and they have been instructed to use Clorox and Lysol cleaners on all hard surfaces. They only use freshly cleaned cloths when they enter the unit from a previous job.

What makes this property unique

Plenty to do for the children and adults. Great location. All the amenities. you can get a book with the daily activities at Linx. You and your family can always be busy with fun activities. Truly a great experience.
