Really easy to get to and from the trolley and visit downtown or old town. The hosts were very responsive with messages and clear with check-in and out instructions. Very accurately priced as well.
The location, close to the airport, Little Italy, and downtown, offers a plethora of dining options. For most vacationers, location, ease of access, and comfort are paramount when choosing a rental. While the location is excellent for exploring, parking can be problematic as there’s no private option; street parking may not always be available, posing a challenge, especially with luggage. Comfort is crucial, and although the small details are appreciated, the bed’s firmness required the addition of a mattress foam topper for improved comfort. Despite the absence of AC, the ceiling fan provides relief. The bathroom access is tight but manageable, while the kitchen, dining area, and living room offer a pleasant space.
First time using vrbo. Apartment was nice. Had everything we needed, plus more!
Rest of property was a work in progress. Parking was at times difficult. Would stay again.

Fun but needed more...
I believe we were the 1st guests to stay in this house. I liked the fire pit and seating outside in the court yard and the hammock, (it needed to be raised up more cause when I layed in it my bottom touched the ground.) Lol The house is located right by the airport and on the other side of the highway so it's very loud and I wish that was included in the description. The pictures and description wasn't accurate and it also said if you go out through the back gate on the right the beach is there but being that the highway and airport are right there there's no way to get to the beach. On the up side the house is right by down town and little Italy so you can take a short walk and find lots of food, shopping, a very nice park, and lots of beautiful buildings all lit up. The discretion also says it sleeps 4 but there wasn't any extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed it just had a fitted sheet that didn't fit, a flat sheet and a throw blanket. The bed was hard as a rock too, which made it hard to sleep but overall we made the best of it and had fun!

Guest was 1.5 hours checking out and left a mess. Guest did not read check in instructions , nor did guest read the listing description. the bedding is located inside the ottoman which is stated in the welcome book- but guest did not read. The unit in decorated in a beach style theme- there is nothing stated that we are near the beach. if you looked a the property location and read the listing description would of been helpful for your stay.
We stayed in "The Beach" unit B at this location. It was on the 1st floor of a two-story unit. Check-in was a little awkward because it's behind the main house in a neighborhood. We were not 100% sure we were in the right location, so we basically had to walk into a stranger’s backyard hoping it was the right place. The door has an electronic keypad and door lock and was easy to use in the daylight but hard to see at night because the porchlight didn’t work.
The unit was nicely decorated in a beach theme. Everything looked fresh and newly remodeled - paint, new appliances in the kitchen, furniture, and linens. New, large flat-screen smart TV on the wall in the front room. We travel with our own Amazon Fire Stick and were able to plug in, change HDMI and access all our own TV services/channels.
The bathroom was small, but functional. Plenty of clean, new towels. Fun thing – there’s a small, eye-level window in the bathroom that you can open and watch plans land and take off at the airport while you take a shower!
This unit does not have air conditioning, which we were concerned about initially. But opening the back-sliding door and front windows allowed a nice air flow thru the unit. At night a ceiling fan in the bedroom kept it a nice, comfortable temperature.
Rental location is close to downtown and many attractions. Easy access to the highway. Just a block or two from the airport and rental car return. But there is a LOT of noise from planes taking off and from cars/motorcycles on the highway. We had to turn on subtitles on the TV just to follow the dialog. The plans stop flying around 11:30pm and start up again around 6am.
On-street parking was an issue. There are very limited parking spots around the rental. In fact, one evening after returning from dinner around 9pm we had to drive around the neighborhood for nearly 30 minutes to find a place to park. Ended up parking about 1 ½ blocks away and walking back.
Overall, I’d give this rental unit 4.5 out of 5 stars.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! TW // Racist and Aggressive Hosts
My friends and I, a total of FOUR guests, stayed in their home. While the listing states that it can house up to 4 people, it realistically should only be meant for 2. The worst part of the entire stay were the hosts, Xavier and Heather. Just a day after our SINGLE overnight stay, they tried to charge us an extra $100 fee for supposedly having 8 people in their unit despite having no proof. I asked them to send me documentation, but they claimed to send it to VRBO without showing it to me. SUSPICIOUS! They claimed that their housekeeper saw 8 people in the unit, but that very SAME housekeeper saw that there were only FOUR of us upon our check-out. Their condo is so SMALL there’s no physical way we could’ve even fit 8 people. Their housekeeper even opened our door at 10AM prior to our 11AM check-out and saw that there were only four of us in there. She apologized and stated, “I thought I watched you all leave the complex.” At this point in the morning, we had not set foot outside. Their combined narratives leads me to believe either their housekeeper is following the hosts’ lie, or they’re lying on behalf of their housekeeper.
The 4 of us who stayed are Filipinos. We are brown-skinned. Upon first entering the building, there were two other Filipino people who unlocked the main gate for us as they were staying in another apartment in the complex. The only reason that I can think of for the host thinking we had 8 people is because we look like the people who let us in. And honestly, that’s just flat out racism for the hosts to think that we’re a part of the same group JUST because of the color of our skin. They claim to have proof, but if they really did, then video footage would show only FOUR of us walking in and out of the unit we were in. MULTIPLE times we walked in and out with only the 4 of us. After our first encounter, we never saw those two individuals again. They were simply lending us a helping hand as we carried in our luggage. Our hosts have taken a kind gesture and effectively turned it into a situation that has made us feel unwelcome and threatened in their space. With the recent increase in hate against Asian Americans, we leave this review as a warning to all people of color who consider booking with Xavier and Heather. I could go on and on about other issues with their home itself, but my review can't be too long. If you have a reservation with Xavier and Heather, I highly suggest you cancel it now and save yourself the trouble.

Guest violated house rules, exceeded guest count by having 4 additional guest . HK documented 8 guest in the condo and watched all 8 walk out with their luggage. Pictures do not lie , people do.The condo was left a complete MESS. Would not host this guest, as they also were disruptive to all the neighbors while attempting to have a party that we had to shut down.
