The gite is in a very rural location. It was generally ok. We stayed 3 nights, the one bedroom has a very slanted roof and it’s easy to bang your head on the ceiling. The stairs are also quite steep and again you have to be careful. My main comment are around the lack of small things like no shower mat, nowhere to put soap/ shampoo in the shower, only 2 dishwasher tablets, no dishcloth, one sponge/ scourer pad, no cleaning sprays, one tea towel, one laundry capsule, a small amount of washing up liquid. As we were arriving from another country for 3 nights should we have to go and stock up on cleaning items ? Then the rain came and we were infested with ants in the kitchen area. I informed the owner who did not come or offer any products to remove them. For the amount of time spent at the property it was ok.
