Heart of Cedar Creek Lake, Wall of windows(60 feet), backyard faces west for best sunset views. Trendy and updated! Living room is spacious with electric fireplace and Smart TV with streaming services. Tempurpedic bed in master adjusts firmness; perfect to watch the lake or TV from bed! Master Bath has Walk in shower and separate jacuzzi tub! Bunk bed room has 2 sets of bunk beds, 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. TV Room is open concept with a Cabinet Queen size bed. Full size front loading washer and dryer. Kitchen is ready to go with everything you need, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Keurig (cups not provided), Blender, dishes, silverware, cookware. Grill outside as well. Large wood burning fire pit on the lawn as well. Propane and wood not provided.
Toys, games, cards, puzzles, train set, block set, and Dvd's, 3 smart TVs too! Backyard has 2 porch swings, large spider swing for kids. 2 Kayak's to use. Patio table with 6 chairs on the party deck of the boat dock.
Sit out on the patio, play in the yard, sit on the boat dock and don't miss the sunset from the 60 feet of windows looking onto the lake!
Neighborhood is wonderful, friendly and well taken care of. Check water levels in the hot summer months.
Large driveway, close access (4 miles) to Main Street shops, department stores and restaurants. 4th bedroom is open concept. Dogs on case by case basis.

We loved it! Beautiful property! Lots of fun and room for everyone!

Our family met here for Thanksgiving as a central location for everyone. It was so much fun and very relaxing. We enjoyed fishing, making s’mores and the kids played on the swings. It was a great time for all!

Family visit at the lake

The home was clean, open and kid friendly. The house was clean and each room inviting. Plenty of space and lots of toys for the kids. Beautifully decorated.

Fantastic Yard

My kids loved the spider swing!!! The yard is just perfect with large shade trees and a gorgeous view. We loved all the windows across the back of the entire house. Our only wish, would be a TV in the main living area, but it was great. We would stay there again!

Summer Fun

We had a GREAT time at the Lake! THe house was PERFECT! Exactly as advertised and the hosts could not have been nicer. The kids enjoyed the privacy of the cove and the kayaks, we enjoyed the boat dock, and everyone enjoyed being there and the relaxing fun! Great house, great hosts and cant wait to do it again!

Lake Time!

We had a great time at the house. It was perfect for kids and adults. Incredible sunsets every night and lots of great information available by the hosts. The deck along the back is SUPER buggy. Apparently the recent rains really brought out the white flies and tons of industrious spiders worked really fast to rebuild. Just be prepared to clean off the back deck during the buggy months. We rented jet skis and a pontoon boat in Log Cabin City park and it was really fun. We fished off the dock and did all the things. We had a very good time and we needed it. Thank you Jill!

What a gem! Great place, didn't want to leave!

Wonderful house, from the metal roof to the plush carpet, I loved so many things. The sunsets in the perfect spot from the yard and Living room. Beautiful dining table is where I was drinking wine watching the kids play the abundance of games and puzzles. Fishing off the dock for the older kids was very eventful. The beds are all comfortable and the open concept kept everyone close together and the cooks were a part of the action too. Good selection of movies at night. The cabinet bed is the coolest thing ever. The master bed head lifts like a hospital bed was so relaxing after a hot day. Walked around the neighborhood at night, so nice.We ate great Mexican food nearby too. We can't wait to go back.

Beautiful escape right in the lake

This beautiful home was exactly what I needed for a ME trip, an escape from life and to push the rest button! After recently going through a divorce, I needed a relaxing place to reset! This home was PERFECT! Very clean, had everything you possibly need, very kid friends as well, although I went alone, great location, host were very quick to respond! Surprisingly Very affordable with all you get! The sunsets are unbelievable! Very cozy and comfy place to stay! Downtown Mabank is a cute little square for shopping! And everyone was so nice in town. I went to the Wave restaurant, very unique and so cool. More of a drink/appetizer restaurant. No main menu but the appetizers and drinks were so good! Owner and host were super nice! . I also went to BnR Grub and Pub. Great atmosphere and food was delish even though it was a “sports type restaurant “. I will definitely be back with my kids and grandkids! I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful lake house! Thank you for sharing your home with me and giving me that time to reset! I feel revived!

Labor Day Stay

The pics really do not reflect how charming this place is, however I appreciated my expectations being exceeded! I rented this home for Labor Day weekend to celebrate my 42nd birthday with family who live a few doors down. Including me there was six adults/3 couples staying here. All common areas are large and offered plenty of seating. The master bedroom and bathroom is roomy and the lake view from bed is nice to wake up to. The guest bedrooms are small, but adequate since only in there to sleep. Based on the listed beds, I had told each couple they would have their own queen bed, however upon arrival this caused a small issue as the queen murphy bed is not in a private room and that couple had to sleep in the bunk room. The back deck is a great hangout spot as it spans the entire length of home with plenty of seating around a gas fireplace to sit around sitting around. The house is fully stocked with all essentials and made life easier. There is so much fun to be had here and would recommend this home for a family.

This house had all the amenities that we needed. It had utensils, cookware, silverware, outdoor fire place, great lake view and lots n lots of games/puzzles. We had endless fun during our time there.

New Year 2022

I enjoyed my time at this cozy lakehouse. However, one of the beds was completely covered with sand which we had to wash the sheets before using it. The lake house deck also looked very unstable and not safe for people using it.

Just what we needed!

Many thanks to Jill Russell and their glorious home! We did plenty of nothing in this well stocked home and enjoyed every listed (and unlisted) amenity provided. From drinking coffee on the deck or on the patio on the cool and scenic mornings, to the after dinner drinks on the deck and toasting the beautiful sunsets, we could not have asked for a more calm and peaceful setting. We enjoyed each fire pit on separate evenings and both provided unforgettable conversations and laughter. Not to mention the countless smores enjoyed by all. We even took our "city" pets and they also got to enjoy the "Lake Life". We cast our lines in the morning and let them sit until the poles danced and they danced alright! We caught a huge golden carp and two catfish. Released them but of course took our share of pics right before. Could go on and on but, but if you're reading this, you'll just have to experience it for yourself. This oasis is just far enough from our hustle and bustle but close enough to escape for a few days. Many thanks again to our gracious hosts and will definitely be back. Al and Jeanne

We stayed here for a Thanksgiving with our kids and grandkids. It was wonderful - clean, spacious, lots of toys and games, beautiful backyard, everything we needed in the kitchen. We would definitely stay again. Hosts were great and responsive.

Awesome lakeview

We really enjoyed this place. It was so peaceful. We rented a boat from Cherokee Landing (very reasonably priced… highly recommend) so the boat dock was awesome to have. I didn’t see it on the listing but the water at the steps was shallow enough to walk in so it was the perfect place for the 3 year old to play. Overall had a great time.

Great spot for a weekend getaway!

I booked this place as a surprise for my husband's 30th birthday. We had four of our closest friends there and had a blast! You get an absolutely perfect view of the sunset and sunrise. The neighbors are super friendly, which is good because the houses are fairly close to each other. We also brought our dogs and they had a great time exploring the yard and speaking to the neighbors. There was ample seating inside for all six adults plus the dogs, and we all had comfortable beds. One of our friends even slept on the reclining couch by choice (even though she had a bed) because the couch was SO comfortable! The kitchen is very well stocked with essentials, and the cabinets are full of games to keep yourself entertained. We had a great relaxing stay!

Awesome stay

We had a great time. Was able to dock the pontoon by tying up to the dock. Kids had a lot of fun using the kayaks. Grilled lots of food and enjoyed the view.

"I want to decorate my home just like this. We couldn't believe all the essentials you have stocked at the house, we had the best time relaxing, fishing, kayaking, roasting marshmallows on the open fire watching boats go by during the sunsets. We will definitely be back!"
