Appartement à refaire mais super emplacement
Le gros point fort de l'appartement est son emplacement, au cœur de la station et juste à côté des pistes et des cours de ski. L'inconvénient est que l'on a plusieurs fois été réveillé par la déneigeuse. L'appartement est bien proportionné, bien fourni en vaisselle mais il fait très vieux (meubles abimés et anciens, cuisine complètement démodée, moquette sale dans tout l'appartement, même dans la salle de bain !)Pour le prix on s'attendait à un bien plus récent. L'emplacement ne fait pas tout quand même.

les meubles datent de 2 ans, il est des moments ou j'aimerai assez visiter l'appartement des locataires pour vérifier leur ameublement, merci ed ne plus louer chez moi
