This is a second floor unit 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the Ironwood section of Barefoot Resort. The condo is fully furnished and sleeps 6 people. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and linens/towels are included in your stay.
Ironwood is one of the sections closest to Barefoot’s championship golf courses. There is a community pool not far from the building. Ironwood is the only community in Barefoot Resort that has their own tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Barefoot Resort has a huge saltwater pool which is located behind the North Tower next to the Marina. There is a free shuttle to the beach provided by Barefoot Resort in the summer months. A schedule is provided upon arrival. Barefoot Resort offers 4 golf courses, clubhouses, transportation to the beach, and is down the street from Barefoot Landing - which has lots of stores, restaurants, and attractions to enjoy. Check out the House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Duplin Winery, Lulu's Restaurant, and much more. There are also fireworks every Monday night in the summer season. The beach is under a mile away, and there is plenty of parking if you don't want to take the shuttle (Note - please use public parking).

My wife, Stacey and I have two daughters, Jocelyn and Cassidy. We live in Staten Island, NY. My wife has a landscaping business and I own a home care agency here in NY. We came to North Myrtle Beach for the first time about 8 or 9 years ago with our daughters. We stayed in Barefoot Resort in one of the condos. We fell in love with North Myrtle Beach and Barefoot! We came back the following year and brought my parents and in-laws with us and stayed in one of the townhouses. We were used to going to Ocean City, MD for our vacations and after coming to Myrtle Beach we never wanted to go back to OC again! The ocean is so much warmer and the sand is not as gritty in Myrtle Beach. We love that there are many things to do here in North Myrtle Beach, but it's not overcrowded like OC, MD was or even Myrtle Beach is. It has been my husband and my dream for a few years now to purchase a rental property and that dream finally became a reality this year! We are beyond excited to start this journey.

The condo was completely updated in 2021. Updated kitchen with new granite countertops, marble flooring, and new appliances, new wood flooring throughout, new furniture, bathrooms remodeled, and smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Barefoot is a central location close to lots of restaurants, shopping, attractions and just minutes from the beach! Ironwood is the only community in Barefoot Resort with their own basketball court, tennis court, and volleyball court. The community pool is right behind the building. You can also enjoy the 2,500 sq. ft saltwater pool right on the water behind the North Tower at the Marina. Barefoot has 4 Championship Golf Courses. There is also a shuttle to the beach.
