Booking & Occupancy

• The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older
• Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless otherwise approved in advance
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time
• Unauthorized guests or parties may result in immediate cancellation without refund

• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the property
• Please be respectful of neighbors, surrounding units, and shared resort spaces

Resort & Amenity Rules

• Guests must follow all Barefoot Resort / HOA / community rules during their stay
• Pool hours and amenity availability are subject to seasonal schedules, maintenance, weather, and HOA management decisions
• Guests are responsible for returning all provided beach gear to the unit before checkout
• Guests do not have access to the beachfront cabana

• No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, RVs, or similar oversized / recreational vehicles are allowed on the premises
