Inside, the house features burnished floors, vaulted ceilings supported by handsome wood beams, a wood-burning fireplace, and lots of space and natural light throughout. The open living room has comfortable furniture to kick back in while watching your favorite Netflix movies or a lazy ballgame on the mounted flatscreen TV. To the side, you'll find access to the private patio where you'll find a gas grill and a table/chair set for those summer barbecues and al-fresco brunches.

The home's full kitchen includes a center prep island, stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and all the counter space the family chef needs to prepare wonderful meals for everyone to enjoy. Serve up to six people at the handsome dining table then clear everything away to make room for tonight's family night with the provided board games while the dishwasher quietly knocks out all the dirty dishes. Have a little work to do while you're here? The home's high-speed WiFi makes it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. The kids will love romping around the expansive backyard with the family dogs while you catch up with friends on the furnished porch. Don't forget to use the central AC to keep everything nice and cool while you're here!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
