The apartment is a duplex, with high ceilings. Ideally located in the hyper center of Deauville, in front of the town hall, everything is done on foot.
The beach of Deauville and its famous boards are at the end of the street, at two minutes on foot. The racecourse is at the other end of the street.

This large apartment, very bright (south-west exposure), opens onto a large living space in the entrance hall with a guest toilet. The kitchen, fully equipped, is open to the large living room.
The living room has a large sofa with a large TV screen and a dining table for six people but can accommodate up to eight people.
This large living room opens onto a large balcony offering a clear view of the town hall and the heights of Deauville.

On the first floor, you will find a pleasant bedroom, private bathroom and its own balcony separated from the main balcony; on the other hand a laundry space in the corridor with washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor, a mezzanine crossing the apartment serves two bedrooms. The first one has two single beds that can be combined into a king-size bed, the second one, also with two single beds, benefits from the access to a bathroom common to both rooms.
