About this property
Enjoy beautiful Maine with direct access to Snowmobile trails on Piper Pond
Beautiful ALL season home in the Maine woods. Direct access to ATV trails and Maines Interconnected Trail System for snowmobiles (ITS). Great location on Piper Pond for swimming, fishing and kayaking! Private home with plenty of room for the whole family. 7 beds in 4 bedrooms, with 2 separate spaces. Easy access to hiking and Moosehead Lake region. House comes with 5 kayaks, one canoe, paddles and life jackets.
Unique A-frame home with all the wood charm you could ask for. Outfitted with games and puzzles to entertain the kids when they are taking a break from swimming and kayaking. Flat, level lot with easy entry into the lake for the whole family. 30 foot dock with stairs into the water installed from June through September. Live edge picnic table outside to enjoy the firepit in the evening. Relax in Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake while you listen to the loons. Two office spaces provided including monitors, keyboards and mice. BYOL (bring your own laptop.)
Free parking on site. Access to the house on a well maintained dirt road. Self check in through code provided on day of check in. You should expect quite a bit of privacy as there are only a handful of properties past this house on the same road. Parking for 4-6 cars available.
This home runs on lake water year round. We have a great pump and filter that allows us to use the lake water for the washing machine, doing dishes and taking showers. We recommend using bottled water for cooking and drinking. Drinking water will provided in the refrigerator to get you started.
