Oasis of peace in the Algarve, private pool, heating

The house was built in 2005 and is of an excellent standard with every comfort. It has air conditioning in all rooms and heating in all rooms; plus a fireplace in the living room. This makes the house comfortable to live in all year round. The large kitchen is fully equipped and well equipped for up to 6 people (including all common appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, etc.). Adjacent washroom (with direct exit to the clothesline), with washing machine and tumbler; additional large refrigerator with freezer, storage space. Golfers who want to relax after the game will find the ideal environment here. The area has very good local restaurants that offer authenticity and the best quality. The house is also suitable for 3 generations: parents and grandparents have a double bed and the third room has 3 beds.
All rooms are connected to the integrated sound system, the TV is in the living room. One bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large terrace with a view of the great outdoors. Parquet floors in all bedrooms.
1 large garden seat (table with 6 chairs) with grill and access to the pool and garden.
2 terraces with seating and views of the pool, garden and landscape.
Mosquito nets are installed in all bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets and in a window in the living room.
Swimming pool (8 x 4m) with deck chairs.
Bed linen, terry towels, beach towels and kitchen linen available and enough to change.

Absolutely fantastic villa. Location is so peaceful and private, but close enough to all the amenities in the main town and beautiful nature all around. We loved the layout of the villa, so much space, beautifully decorated and everything you could need and more in terms of utensils, appliances etc. The pool was great. We had the best week with the kids and can't recommend enough.

Wonderfully peaceful retreat.

This is the 3rd stay at this wonderful villa. Each time we plan to explore the Algarve, we end up relaxing in the garden and swimming in the pool. We go home relaxed and recharged. We look forward to staying in years to come.

Wonderful country house in a gorgeous setting

We stayed in this lovely home for a month and had such a happy and peaceful time that we were very sorry to leave. The house is very comfortable with everything we could possibly need during our stay. It is set beautifully within the trees and hills with views from every room. There is a pretty garden and good sized pool. The walks in the countryside right from the house were stunning. We would thoroughly recommend this home for a quiet and enjoyable vacation.

A perfect place

If you’re thinking of booking the Villa, don’t think just book it, you won’t regret it. The Villa its self is very well equipped in every way possible. The gardens & pool area are beautiful. It’s so peaceful. It is rural so a car is vital but a local restaurant is a 10 min walk away. Thank you Peter & Monika for letting us stay and we hope one day to return.

This is a wonderful villa with a fantastic outside space including 3 terraces and a great pool. It is very peaceful with wonderful views throughout. The layout of the villa over 3 floors is fantastic with a bright and airy lounge / kitchen. The villa has everything you need. A car is essential but it’s centrally located and within easy reach of local shops. Fuseta beach and other lovely towns like Loulé, Tavira and Olhão are easily reachable by car. Peter our host kept in contact to ensure our stay was as expected. This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and we would definitely recommend it.

Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en brandschoon. Bedden zijn fijn. Zwembad is prachtig. Wij hebben problemen gehad met een lekkende airco en een troebel zwembad. Dat was niet fijn met een buitentemperatuur van rond de 40 graden. Voor de dagen dat we niet konden zwemmen zijn wij gecompenseerd. We zijn toen uitgeweken naar een aquapark en lokaal zwembad in de buurt. Eigenaar verblijft niet in Portugal en de sleutelhouder spreekt geen Engels. Communicatie via whatsapp verliep matig. Wij voelden ons niet altijd gehoord. Auto is noodzakelijk Voor activiteiten en strand moet je zo'n 40 minuten rijden. De woning ligt vrij afgelegen. In de avond veel last van blaffende honden en muggen waardoor we helaas niet vaak buiten hebben gezeten. Supermarkten op zo'n 10 minuten rijden.

Wir können uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Villa ist wirklich toll! Man wohnt sehr ruhig, kann den Blick schweifen lassen und die Zeit am Pool uneingeschränkt genießen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Alles war sauber und einladend. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Wenn Sie Ruhe und Entspannung suchen

ist dieses Haus genau das richtige. Abseits vom Massentourismus und überfüllten Stränden kann man hier die Natur genießen in vollkommener Privatsphäre. Ein wunderschön angelegter Pool lädt zum Baden ein und das Innere des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Meine Familie und ich haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Nach einem anstrengenden Tagesausflug war es immer wieder ein Genuss und eine Freude, in den Luxus der Privatheit und Ruhe zurückzukehren. Danke an die überaus freundlichen Gastgeber. und

Petit paradis en Algarve

Nous avons été éblouis par la propriété dès notre arrivée. C'est une magnifique villa, très propre, bien entretenue, décorée avec goût, très confortable et avec toutes les équipements et produits essentiels requis pour un séjour agréable, et même plus. Nos hôtes ont vraiment pensé à tout. On a profité des deux terasses avec vue splendide sur les collines et de la belle grande piscine à tous les jours. L'endroit est très calme et les gens que nous avons croisés très sympathiques. Il y a un petit café à quelques minutes de marche de la maison. Nous recommandons aussi le petit sentier (Trilho das borboletas) qui débute à quelques centaines de mètres sur le chemin du café. Un gros merci à Peter et Monika de partager une si belle résidence est d'être super accessibles. Merci aussi à Graciela pour l'accueil et les explications qui nous ont permis de nous sentir immédiatement comme chez nous et pour son chaleureux sourire à chaque fois que nous la croisions lors de nos promenades aux alentours. Cette superbe propriété est définitivement notre premier choix pour notre prochain séjour en Algarve !

Vacances au Portugal

Maison au calme, sans vis a vis, obligation d'avoir un véhicule pour les courses, le premier magasin d'alimentation se trouve à environ 4 kilomètres. Pas d'emplacement privé pour le véhicule à l'intérieur de la propriété. Mais aucun problème pour vous stationner car la maison se situe au bout d'une impasse où une aire de stationnement est présente. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de profiter de la piscine car cette dernière n'a pas été entretenu par le jardinier sur place. Mais je tenais à féliciter le propriétaire, pour tenter de régler ce problème à distance. Il nous a d'ailleurs dédommagé de ce préjudice.

Nous avons de très bonnes vacances dans cette très belle maison. Calme, tranquillité, aucun vis à vis quand nous sommes dans la piscine ou sur la terrasse, tout est bien pensé pour s’y plaire ! Maison totalement équipée (surtout la Clim dans toutes les pièces… et c’est obligatoire dans cette région) Cuisine avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Le propriétaire répond rapidement à nos mails/questions. La maison correspond vraiment à la description dans l’annonce. Je recommande !

Zeer mooie en complete villa die onze verwachtingen overtrof. Door de Corona onze reis een jaar uit moeten stellen, maar zeker de moeite waard om voor te wachten. Wij komen zeker terug vo,lgend jaar!

A wonderfully beautiful and peaceful location.

This property has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, it is well furnished and has everything that is home from home. The location is on the edge of a nature reserve, the amount of beautiful wildlife around the garden is pleasing. The host Peter kept in touch and ensured we had everything needed for us to be comfortable during our stay. We have spent several years looking for a villa we would return to, this is it, we are returning next year. We had a really happy holiday.

Wonderful villa

Myself and my wife have just returned from staying at this wonderful villa for 9 nights...it was a late booking and the communication from the owner was brilliant..all directions and meeting Paula on arrival were great..We have stayed on the Algarve before so had no intention of travelling far...the fantastic pool and garden area are just the place to enjoy lazy days and the modern interior and tv kept us entertained in the evenings..the villa was equipped with everything you need and was spotless..we really did have a great time..Once again thanks to Peter and his team...Paul and Sharon from Wales
