In the early Florida boom period of the 1920's, British developer D.P. Davis fell in love with St. Augustine and designed the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lyons on Anastasia Island.

Parents visiting

The pictures and description of the property looked great but we were surprised how much better things were in person. My parents were very happy. Thank you for a great stay and accommodation. Will you would definitely choose your place again!

Perfect little spot.

Close to everything. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to many top rated restaurants. The neighbors upstairs were pretty noisey and up all night. We could hear them walking around sometimes seemed like they were running and jumping. Hopefully its not always like that.

Beautiful building

Great location. Half mile walk over drawbridge to old town and short drive to the beach. Everything in apartment was very clean and upgraded. We had a great time!

CUTEST place to stay

This property was ADORABLE!! It was quaint, quiet, and peaceful. It was about a half a mile from downtown and so we just walked over the bridge each day. HIGHLY recommend staying here!! Thank you!!
