This apartment has a separate entrance from the upstairs apartment. The apartment is approximately 550sf. When you rent this apartment you are renting a complete apartment. The Harbor Island apartment we stayed in perfectly met our needs for a brief getaway to the Florida coast! We liked being slightly off the beaten path away from the downtown area, yet could get everywhere we wanted to visit within a few minute car ride or a lovely longer walk. Apartment was clean, comfortable, and Michael and Hyacinth were extremely responsive to all of our questions. Thank you!!!

Beautiful property

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful. Our apartment had it's own private courtyard and back porch for watching the gorgeous sunsets. Everything was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back!

We have had a wonderful time in this beautiful town. Our rental is perfect for couples. Cozy and romantic with an eclectic feel. Decorated with art painted by the owners and the amazing landscaping outside really shows the love and creativity that went into it’s design.

Sweet little getaway.

Lovely stay! Perfect apt with all you need including a screened in porch. Close to St Augustine Fish camp which was safe for celiac Dx. All and all, exactly what we needed !

Wonderful Stay!!!

The check in and out process was very simple and easy. The home itself was small but cozy and comfortable to be in. It was wonderful being so close to town and the owners had some great recommendations on nearby grocery and dining areas. Overall I would definitely book again!!

Quiet and relaxing

We had a very nice stay. We were surprised and how quiet and private the location was. While the property was not far from city hall (we walked), once you went around to the back of the property it felt like a private isolated getaway.
