Efficient, Comfortable, and Enjoyable Choice
This was such a nice place to stay. Photos are an accurate representation of what you’ll experience in terms of aesthetics. A few things that we noticed that made our stay enjoyable:
1. The basic functionality of the place is great. A/C, bathroom fans, water pressure are all excellent.
2. Kitchen is well equipped. We cook a lot, and our expectations weren’t especially high. So we packed a Dutch oven and plenty of other kitchen tools that we use regularly. We could have easily gotten by on what was available here.
3. The level of privacy we felt was high, even though there were obviously other guests. The screened in porch and the common area out back were great for us.
4. It was clean as a whistle.
Modest suggestions:
1. The outdoor grill could be better. It didn’t get hot enough for my taste.
2. The screen door on the apartment porch could do with a latch. We had to keep a close eye on our toddler to ensure she didn’t make a run for it.
On the whole this property was truly excellent. When we visit St Augustine again in the future we won’t even bother looking at other listings. We’ll just re-book here.
