AS24001-P2 on beach view channel parking wifi
PORT CAMARGUE – South Beach – In a beautiful residence, well maintained in a green setting, along the channel and directly on the beach, fully secure, with private and numbered parking, bicycle racks.
On the 2nd floor, without elevator, beautiful P2 of 35m 2 bright with magnificent view of the channel consisting of a living room with a sofa bed 160 cm, a television, wifi and air conditioning, a kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, hob, oven). A room with a double bed 140cm all overlooking a terrace of 8m² with garden furniture and barbecue. A bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. Pets not allowed. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
You can fully enjoy the promenade along the beach going to the Thalassotherapy through the shopping center Plage Sud.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet and 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 66€ P2 (Free of pet hair)
Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
