This pleasant duplex studio is ideally located in the Le Thuya residence, on the Ardoisières promenade.



The entrance opens onto the bathroom with bathtub and toilet as well as 2 large storage closets.



Facing the entrance door, a few steps allow you to go up to the kitchen area (fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...) This space also has a large dining table with 4 seats.



To the right of the kitchen area, a bench with a trundle bed that unfolds to create 2 single beds.



A typical Avoriaz walk serves the living space composed of a convertible sofa, TV and coffee table. Access to a quiet balcony facing due west.



You will have access to the entire apartment.



We are on site during your stay if needed.



The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic neighborhood in Avoriaz with many chalets. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment. A public elevator will allow you to easily reach the apartment after the day without pushing!



Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking lot you can reach the apartment thanks to a snow shuttle. Count approximately 13€ for the ride (bring cash) for the whole family.
