CITY CENTER - P2 in a secure residence LE MEDITERRANEE, beachfront in the heart of the City Center, on the 2nd floor with elevator. Spacious and bright living room (tv, wifi, air conditioning) with sofa bed 140cm overlooking a covered loggia of 5m² with furniture, sea side view. A kitchen (microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, hob), a large cabin with a double bed 160cm at the entrance, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Private parking. Come and enjoy this beautiful apartment in the heart of the city center, with all water activities and shops nearby. Pets are not allowed. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person

Two deposite check are to be delivered to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for the apartment and 100€ household deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
