We offer this charming 80 m² apartment with mountain views, located in the resort of Les Arcs 1950, with heated swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it comprises a 40 m² living room with open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower). Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The apartment is ideally located in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, in a very pleasant environment, lively and animated during the day and calm in the evening. Nearby, you'll find all the shops you need: Superette, bakery, ski rental stores, boutiques, regional produce, recommended restaurants Chez Léontine, La vache Rouge, Le Chalet de Luigi (terrace overlooking the slopes), three small steps from the entrance to the apartment...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the large underground parking lot in the village. Public parking costs around €138 per week. It's best to book via the internet.

- Permanent events to celebrate the village's 20th anniversary can be viewed on the Arc 1950 village website.

- Holidaymakers put on their skis as they leave the residence. The slopes run through the village. Lifts are at the village exit.
