Charming Coastal Casa on Beaufort's Battery Creek

Experience Coastal Lowcountry Living with Spanish Moss and Live Oaks from this Waterfront 1st-floor 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom delightful condo in a gated community in Beautiful Beaufort South Carolina. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, comfy Queen bed, pull-out sofa, patio space & more! Close to Downtown Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island! Also visit Charleston and Savannah! Looking for a getaway? Or headed to Beaufort for a Marine Corps Graduation Ceremony at Parris Island? This is it!

This unit is not safe or suitable for children or infants due to the proximity/danger of the water and the railing safety design in the backyard. Therefore we do not allow children under 12 to stay in the unit.

There is 1 dedicated parking space labelled with the unit number for our home. Should you need a second parking space, any unnumbered space may be used, labeled V for Visitor.

NO ACCESS - the community next door to the right with which we share a driveway called the Village at Battery Creek is OFF LIMITS to guests. This includes the pool, the firepit, the dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas. Please respect this rule as we don't want to upset the owners next door.

BOAT DOCK - this is private for the complex next door and is off limits behind a gated keypad. If you wish to bring a small boat and trailer, you can park on site (limited availability) for a $40/Night fee (Max 7 Days) BOOKED AND PAID IN ADVANCE before your arrival. You MUST let us know so we can check availability. There is a public boat launch - Parris Island Boat Landing - next door.

You have full access to the condo. The pool, fire pit, dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas next door are off-limits as they belong to the community next door- the Village at Battery Creek.

Please note you are on the first floor and there is another unit above you. It is possible you may hear noises from time to time, but everyone is very respectful here.

The location is the BEST if you’re going to Parris Island. Everything was wonderful, the owners responded quickly. The proximity to Beaufort and Port Royal was so convenient. Would 100% stay here again if we ever came to Parris Island or Beaufort. Beautiful views.

Nice and tidy condo with waterfront view of the river. Just minutes from Parris Island, shopping, restaurants and attractions. Nicely appointed for a quick weekend stay. Bed is comfy, patio is nice -- we saw a HUGE dolphin swimming in the river. Recommended!!

The property was very nice. It was clean and kept well. There was some temporary orange fencing in the backyard that distracted us from the view but overall it was beautiful. The location was perfect for attending Parris island activities. I would definitely book this spot again.

Nice getaway

Some of the condos that we stayed at before were not what was advertised. But this condo was really nice and clean and pleasantly furnished. It had everything that you would expect. We loved the views out back at the dock with the boats. We would recommend an would stay here again. We were there for my Grandsons graduation from Marine Corp basic training and it was very close to Paris Island. So it was real convenient also.

Marina Stay

This property was nice, however I have a few suggestions: Bring a fire stick if you want internet tv. The TV is old (not a smart tv) and only supports HDMI using direct tv (commercial based pay tv). Lots of commercials on there. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced. It is worn, somewhat dirty, and uncomfortable due to age on the cushions. Loved the decor and the hosts were easy to contact and exceptionally nice.

My favorite activity is to just get out and explore everything the area offers with my Husband Robert and my son Robbie.

I will always be available by text and phone, and I encourage questions. We offer a book of information of area attractions, restaurant menus and Marine graduation information. I would be happy to answer questions. I want all our guests to have a perfect stay in the beautiful Lowcountry!
