Located on the second floor with lift, it shares a small entrance hall with a second studio. The 25 square metre studio has a living area with a sleeping area equipped with a double bed, a south-east facing balcony, a fully equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, hob, fridge), a bathroom with shower, as well as facilities such as a hoover, hairdryer and ironing equipment. There is also Wi-Fi and a TV, as well as a kit containing soap, shampoo and shower gel per person. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the cleaning fee, but can be provided at an additional cost. For your convenience, please note that this accommodation is not equipped with a key box, and arrivals are permitted until 22:00. After this time, and for whatever reason, no keys can be returned.
