We offer a charming furnished and equipped studio of 25 m2 on the ground floor with small terrace and garden, in an architect's villa, located in a quiet residential area of Annecy le Vieux.
Our tenants appreciate taking a moment of rest in the peaceful garden, where two deckchairs are available. In summer, they appreciate this cool studio because oriented to the east but the view outside is south
Equipped kitchen, decorated bedroom, beautiful bathroom; you don't need to bring anything!
The studio has independent access and a parking space, the house is located on the hill, about 2.5 km from the lake and the beach of Albigny.
Transport:
- Very easy access by car (10 min from the Annecy center or north exit
- 5 min walk from two bus stops serving the city of Annecy. Important! fluid traffic and parking are free in Annecy le Vieux, for lovers of walking on small and medium mountain trails Mont Veyrier is 500 meters away. One of the Annecy cycle network trails is nearby.

A perfect stay! From the location up in the Annecy hills to the lovely apartment which had everything you need, a spacious bathroom, a complete kitchen to cook, spacious wardrobe, comfortable bed. It has been a heat period, nevertheless the apartment has always been nice and cool, no aircon necessary. Especially to highlight the super friendly owners, the parking possibilities and access to a terrace in the garden. 100% recommendable!

No heating and it was about 5 degrees outside. Bathroom has a verry strong smell comming from it. Either gaz or suage. We had to open the bathroom window daily to exchange the air. Shower has to curtain, not really any views of the mountains. A little dissappointed

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Liciana et Manuel. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est même plus grand que sur les photos (la cuisine et la salle d'eau). Il est effectivement bien exposé et en temps normal, il y fait bon. Comme nous y étions en pleine canicule, nous avions amené un ventilateur au cas où. Nous l'avons utilisé les nuits les plus chaudes. Tout était très propre. La terrasse est très appréciable pour manger à l'extérieur et pour se reposer. Nos hôtes nous ont donné beaucoup d'idées de randonnées et de visites, ils sont intarissables sur la région. Merci à eux ! Nous recommandons ce logement !

Séjour près du lac et au calme

Le studio est idéalement situé. Nous étions au frais et au calme. Nous avons profité de cette petite terrasse privative qui est une vraie extension du studio .Nous étions à 8 minutes du lac en voiture, ainsi nous avons stationné sur des rues non payantes et nous avons loué des vélos pour faire le tour du lac…sans être obligé d’aller au centre d’Annecy.L’hôte était très sympathique et le logement très propre et très bien équipé.Nous recommandons vivement !.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Manuel et Licinia - Nous avons eu un très bon accueil - Studio fonctionnel et propre - Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille du studio car les espaces sont plus grands qu'ils ne paraissent sur les photos - Bons espaces de rangement - Quartier calme - Accès au bord du lac et au centre ville facile à vélo, en passant par les pistes cyclables et le parc - Merci aussi pour la mise à disposition du local pour nos vélos.Nous recommandons, sans hésitation, la location de ce studio.

Location tres agréable... Calme et reposant loin des tumultes du centre d'Annecy mais a 15 mn en voiture donc tres accessible. Rapport qualité prix très correct . Seule la couette nous a semblé trop juste pour un lit 140 ... Salle de bain top ... grande et douche très large et appréciable. Studio très bien pour un couple ...

Parfait à tous points de vue

Nos hôtes ont été accueillants et discrets, l’appartement est très bien équipé, avec les petites attention qui font la différence (café, condiments, produits vaisselle, linge, etc…) Le quartier est hyper calme, on peut dormir fenêtres ouvertes. La petite terrasse a été parfaite pour nos petits-déjeuners Que du bonheur !
