Our 160 M2 house is very bright and quiet. It is air-conditioned.
Close to all amenities, it offers a beautiful space to relax with its private heated swimming pool and south-facing wooden terrace. The area is quiet.
A large living room with a very functional open-plan kitchen opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
We are ideally located 5 minutes from the centre of St Medard and 30 minutes from the city centre of Bordeaux.
On the nature side, the Atlantic and its waves are 45 minutes away as well as the Arcachon basin.
The castles of the Médoc are 30 minutes away.

Maison super, piscine super, jardin super

Détente et repos assuré. Ici tout est agréable et zen, maison, jardin, piscine (sans chlore, simple d'entretien) respirent le bien être. maison dans un quartier calme, très bien situé pour visiter la région. Annie, Luc et Lyla (la minette de la propriété) sont des propriétaires accueillants et absolument charmants.

Excellent séjour

Séjour très agréable. Petites attentions de la part du propriétaire comme les serviettes de toilette, les lits faits, nécessaire de toilette à disposition (savon, gel de douche, shampoing). Maison très sympathique, moderne et opérationnelle. Cuisine et plan de travail plus qu'il n'en faut. Le beau temps était au rendez-vous et la piscine excellente, simple d'emploi pour l'entretien. Le chat de la propriété, un peu sauvage, est peu présent, agréable et ne dérange aucunement. Centre commercial à portée de main. Adresse à conserver.
