The Marquet. Ardèche house of character renovated to welcome families and friends.



4 bedrooms, 11 beds, 2 shower rooms.



You will love the multiple play, rest and conviviality areas and the breathtaking view of the vineyards. The house is cool all summer and has been equipped to provide a relaxing stay. You will be seduced by the contrast between the stone vaults and the modern renovation.



It is probably an old sheepfold converted over time into a Provençal farmhouse.



Cities, caves, canyons are within reach.



An arbor shaded by virginia vines welcomes you in front of the house and allows you to share meals, unless you prefer brunch or an aperitif under the sheltered terrace.





The house on 2 floors offers:



On the ground floor



- new and perfectly equipped kitchen allows you to cook throughout your stay.



- 1 TV lounge with internet access. Wifi is available throughout the house



- 1 large dining room



- 1 relaxation room with table football



- 1 toilet



- 1 bar area



First floor



- 2 double bedrooms



- 2 shower rooms



- 1 toilet



- 1 living room with reading and game corner



- a covered terrace overlooking the vineyards for aperitifs, naps, readings...

The unrenovated part (the barn) gives access to a washing machine and a dryer as well as a space to park bicycles.



The plot is closed by a code gate and a fence prevents immediate access to the main road.



For children, we offer 2 booster seats and 1 high chair as well as suitable cutlery. A travel cot (folding) is available.



The rooms are equipped with silent fans to cool the summer heat if necessary.



Bed sheets, towels and household linen are provided.



For stays of more than three weeks or for short stays, please contact us to define a tailor-made offer.



The department road is adjacent to the house and may cause noise disturbance.

Tout était parfait

La maison est très jolie, parfaitement équipée, les lits sont confortables bien située géographiquement.Le seul bémol est la proximité de la route départementale en bord de maison. Pour autant, cela ne nous a pas gêné !Le.rapoort qualité prix est excellent !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Marie et Franck sont très avenants et arrangeants.Nous avons reçu de précieux conseils et pu adapter notre heure d'arrivée et de départ.Tous les membres du groupe ont adoré le décor, tout particulièrement les terrasses mais aussi le décor intérieur très bien rénové qui donne beaucoup de charme à cette maison.

Belle bâtisse

Séjour durant la semaine du 15 août dans cette très belle maison aux prestations de qualité. Le seul point noir reste la route jouxtant la maison qui est très passante et bruyante pour pouvoir profiter réellement de la belle terrasse.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette très belle et spacieuse maison. Tout est joli et très propre. La literie et les équipements sont top. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et attentifs. La vue sur les vignes depuis les 2 terrasses est incroyable! Une adresse à conserver et à recommander !
