Unlike some of my past rentals, in this instance, I received exactly what was promised. First, the spacious condo was immaculate (my number one priority). Location was safe, quiet and ideal for walking… located between Scottsdale Old Town and Fashion Square. It had an abundance of cooking utensils and amenities for the kitchen and bath. Washer and dryer with Tide (my favorite), plus dryer sheets. A spacious patio on the ground level opens to the street… I usually parked there instead of the underground garage because it was so convenient. There’s a security system on the patio door, so no worries. And the work-out room has first class weight machines, etc. Didn’t use the pool because it’s too cool in January, but imagine it would be perfect when it warms up. Had a few very minor issues when I first got there, but Angela took care of them immediately… you couldn’t ask for a better host. Highly recommended.

About the host

I love everything about real estate, investing, and redoing homes. When I found this property I knew I had to have it. There is something unique and special about it; I love the materials used, the location, the amenities, and mostly the outdoor patio area. You can enter the property from the street where there is street side parking or through the interior of the building where there is underground secured parking.
Why they chose this property
You have to see it to feel how "cool" this place is. You can walk to breakfast at Morning Squeeze or The Daily Dose. Golf carts are readily available for hire if you prefer to take a ride anywhere in Old Town. The park is around the corner as well as the canal close by to bike, walk, or run. You can take this canal for miles! Camelback Mountain is a few miles down the road for hiking. You will never be at a loss for activities, shopping or restaruants/bars all right there!
What makes this property unique
Pool, jacuzzi, grills, fire pit, fitness center. Removed from the hustle of town but accessible within a block and a half of the condo. Best of all worlds.
