Very beautiful villa luxuriously renovated in 2022 above the beach of Passable. Built on a flat plot of 5000m2, the single-storey villa extends over 350 m2 and offers 6 double bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms, a large living room of 80m2, a small TV room and a large Dining Room next to the huge dining kitchen. Several beautiful terraces surround the villa, one of which has a swimming pool from which you can see the bay of Villefranche.

Excellent accueil par l'hote qui fut tres disponible; les equipements sont de tres grande qualite; l'emplacement de la maison est formidable ( 5 mn de la plage du Passable et du debut du chemin des douaniers)
