House ideally located in the Albi-Cordes-Gaillac triangle, a stone's throw from the motorway, 5 minutes from the Tarn river. Albi is 20 minutes away, Toulouse and Montauban 40 minutes, Rodez barely an hour away. All around Gaillac there are beautiful towns and beautiful typical villages: Rabastens, Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi, Cordes, Aiguelèze, Carmaux. Those who love history and beautiful stones, beautiful landscapes, walks on the banks of the Tarn or on the Tarn in a barge, sports activities, will find their happiness there and will discover the quality of life of the south-west. Gaillac is a very pretty provincial town steeped in history; pleasant to live in, it has all the assets (local services, all shops just a stone's throw from the house). The Gaillac is a wine region; its thousand-year-old vineyard, renowned, will satisfy all wine lovers.
The region is particularly lively in summer; aperitifs, concerts, shows, flea markets, markets, etc... The cinema is located two minutes from the house.
Set back from the road, our house is large: it will accommodate 6 adults and a baby without any problem and everyone will find what they are looking for, calm or shared moments. The land is too.
