A mile to everything Indy!!! Charming 1930s brick home in the perfect downtown location! This house is a mile from the center of downtown, Bankers life field house, Lucas oil stadium, victory field, white river state park, canal walk, mass ave, Fountain square, convention center, and so much more! Walkable to almost everything Indy has to offer. Food, events, nightlife!
Indianapolis motor speedway is only 6 miles.
Fenced yard, off street parking, and all the amenities you need.

This home has a large porch, original hardwoods, updated lighting and interior. Great floor plan with two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and a large bonus bedroom upstairs.

All spaces accessible except basement, shed, and upstairs closet.
Other things to note
Lovely old south side neighborhood. So many local breweries, shops, and restaurants nearby and plenty to do and see!
Transitioning area with community garden, some new builds and renovations happening. Close to all Indy offers!
