The space
Two-story with en-suite bedrooms downstairs and up. Long driveway + 2-car garage, backyard with lawn + large patio area including built-in wood-burning fire pit, outdoor dining and yard games.

The 3 king bedrooms and family room all have large, wall-mounted smart TV’s. Enjoy conversation in the sitting room/music studio. Gather in the large family room sectional open to the marble kitchen with breakfast nook and island.

Hacienda Moderna is located within walking distance of the heated community lap pool, splash pad, catch-and-release fishing lake, and two parks with playground, basketball and sand volleyball courts, not to mention, miles of manicured walking/jogging/biking trails!

Guests have access to the entire home including 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, garage, driveway and backyard/patio.
Other things to note
• Street parking is not allowed overnight.
• Overflow parking must be pre-approved.
• The owner stays here sometimes when there are no guests, and may have small portions of some of the closets sectioned off for their belongings. Please no large or noisy gatherings that might bother our wonderful neighbors.

Great place

We loved the property. It was perfect for our family’s needs, and close to Mesa Gateway Airport. Bekki was great to work with, and the property is our first choice if we ever need to stay in Gilbert again.

Was perfect for us

This home was perfect for our needs. We had four couples and an adult child staying here and everyone was comfortable. Short walking distance to the park was perfect. Two rooms for us to gather and work on our projects was perfect as well. Owner very responsive to our inquiries. Would choose again in similar circumstances. Thank you for the use of your home.
