- Upstairs: 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with toilets, 2 of which are en-suite.

We paid particular attention to the bedding.
The villa has just been completely renovated, it is fully air-conditioned and has, of course, internet.
Everything is provided for children (travel cots, safety gates, high chairs, cutlery, crockery, toys).

On the same level as the ground floor, a very large fully tiled terrace hosts a dining room under a pergola, an equipped summer kitchen, the swimming pool (8x4) with its green setting. On the same terrace you will enjoy the beautiful sea view from the sunbeds and other accessories at your disposal.
Access to this terrace is secured by a single gate, with secure closure, the pool is equipped with an alarm detecting falls.

The main entrance of the villa is accessed through a large shaded patio, ideal for letting the children play safely, or read, or do whatever you want!

The car park at the entrance of the property can accommodate 5 cars.
