Known as one of the famous "Pinehurst Tree Houses", number 12 is your perfect Condo. This tree house sits in the Brae Burn Community of Pinehurst, built in the 1970's. Enjoy the entire condo for you and your group! Located near Pinehurst No. 3, you are centrally located in the town of Pinehurst. This tree house is decorated and well equipped for a long or short term rental. This rental does include a private washer and dryer (located in base of home), beautiful views of Pinehurst Lake and private wrap around deck. Home has a standard drip coffee maker. Please no more than 2 cars at vacation home.

Tree House

Great location on the lake. Quiet neighborhood with lovely views of the water. Very clean and comfortable for 2, a stretch for 4 people and quite a real stretch for 6 with two on the sofa bed. Nonetheless, a wonderful stay in a lovely home.

Loved staying in this “treehouse”

Totally enjoyed our stay! Beautiful location, easy access to lake & golf course. The inside was beautiful and comfortable. We are definitely going back to this rental! The only thing I would suggest is to update bedding.

Met our needs

Overall stay was good and met our needs for location. Sleeping accommodations were fair and would encourage purchasing new linens as ours seemed pretty worn. The price was affordable and location good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Treehouse is very clean. Loved the views. Has everything you need. Very cozy. We only stayed 2 nights. The only thing my husband and I would suggest is maybe a updated Lock box. It is very hard to get into at night. We have been to other rentals and stayed. The others you just punched a code. Maybe a digital. Other than that , We absolutely Loved the tree house. Would love to stay again!
