Fit 6 people spaciously in our 3BD/2BA home nestled between the quiet, Vilano Beach & perfect sunsetting Intracoastal waterway. Take full advantage of the convenience of a 5-min walk to the beach, 2-min walk to the Intracoastal for sunsets every evening, and enjoy cocktails, sunbathing, & FL breeze on the 2nd floor deck or entertain downstairs in the spacious courtyard w/ hot tub, both protected by a large lanai.

Joy Joy's Treehouse is a two-story home that struts unique, interconnecting balconies, patios, courtyard, outdoor space, massive lanai, modern furnishings, and great location all into one functional space. Overlooking the garden, foliage, and trees that surround the home, the upstairs is the main living area and features an open floor plan that houses the family room, dining space, and kitchen with plenty of space to relax, prepare a home-cooked meal or watch a movie on the big screen TV. From the vaulted ceiling to the wall of windows bringing the canopy of green in your yard into the entire upstairs, it feels like you are perched in a treehouse among the treetops.

The Master Bedroom is also located on the 2nd Floor and includes an ensuite bathroom, a private entrance to the 2nd-floor deck, and a brand-new, memory foam, king bed. Downstairs features both guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. Guest Bedroom 1 has a brand new, memory foam, queen bed, while Guest Bedroom 2, is equipped with a brand new, West-Elm pull-out sofa queen bed with a memory foam gel mattress. Each bedroom has its own private entrance to the outdoor courtyard where there is plenty of space to sunbathe, relax, BBQ, or rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. The courtyard also features a hot tub for 6, so don't forget to take a relaxing soak before you hit the hay! You can also access the courtyard from the spiral staircase on the 2nd-floor deck.

During your stay, we will provide all the beach essentials, including beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach canopy, coolers, and an oversized beach cart to bring everything you need to bring to the beach for the day.
