Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just an 8-minute stroll to the beach, This thoughtfully designed home pairs comfort with coastal style. Walk to nearby coffee shops and local restaurants, then return to relax on the screened-in porch and enjoy the breeze without the bugs. We are on the island but, Downtown is just a quick 10-15 minute drive/Uber. It’s the perfect blend of location, charm, and convenience.

Our family has vacationed in Saint Augustine for many years. It is a place that we keep coming back year after year. Our home is located on our favorite part of the island. Walkable to the beach, family friendly, quiet, yet convenient to all that Saint Augustine has to offer. It’s like a pick and choose your own experience.

Our property is exceptional. It is located in a mature neighborhood that is located on quiet cul-de-sac street. It is safe and family friendly convenient to all that Saint Augustine has to offer, but my favorite part is that it’s walkable to the beach.
