OVERVIEW: Welcome to Wave & Sea Condo, a pet-friendly and completely renovated cottage in Rehoboth Beach. Professionally furnished, bright, and airy, this three-bedroom, one-bathroom beach condo is fully self-contained with a private entrance and amenities. If you need more room for family gatherings, this cottage can be rented along with four other condos and a tiny house in the same community, accommodating up to 33 guests. It's the perfect setup for a family reunion without breaking the bank! This bright, airy condo features a full-service kitchen, high-end furnishings, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Sleeping seven comfortably, the home offers two king bedrooms and a third bedroom with a queen and a twin bed. Linens are supplied.
LOCATION: Situated on the Bayside, you're less than 2 miles from beautiful Rehoboth Beach and the Boardwalk! The tax-free Tanger Outlets are also within 2 miles, and plenty of 5-star dining options are within walking or biking distance. Bring your bikes and enjoy the nearby bike trails and state parks. You do not have to cross Rt. 1 (Coastal Highway) to reach Rehoboth Avenue—simply walk down Roosevelt St. onto State Rd. It's an easy walk or bike ride.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, a stackable washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and off-street parking. Check-in is easy with an electronic keypad system. Shared community amenities include a fire pit, gas grill, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a putting green with balls and adjustable clubs available for guest enjoyment.

Absolutely incredible rental and timely assistance from the property management team! Super clean, great location and everything we needed for our small family with our pup. Only slight downfall was that the walls are thin and there was a group of younger renters next door that were incredibly loud so it did keep us up a few nights over the holiday weekend.

Extended weekend getaway

Excellent Rehoboth Stay!

Very clean and new, furnishings were comfortable and modern. We biked everywhere and played pickleball daily at the nearby elementary school. One of the very best rentals we have had!

Beautiful place

Overall the stay was nice, it was clean and had everything necessary for a weekend getaway. The location itself was within driving distance of most areas that you would frequent. However, it should be noted that the walls are thin. There were a lot of disruptive noises coming from the room above and beside us which made it difficult to sleep and relax. Just something to keep in mind of, however different for all stayers.

This was a great property. It has obviously been recently renovated and was well equipped. We picked it specifically because it was dog friendly and reasonably priced. The only problem was a large one however. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin. We could hear every step the people upstairs made. Impossible to get a good night’s sleep. I hope they will consider installing carpet upstairs.

Beautiful inside!

This condo is gorgeous on the inside - very up to date! Our only complaint was we could hear the people above us walking around and the walls are VERY thin. We heard the couple in the condo next to us arguing and actually had to call the local police on them. Great location with shopping and restaurants nearby!

Great accommodation and location

The place was newly renovated inside and felt very clean. Large smart TV with easy accessibility to login to your favorite streaming services. Perfect size for my group and the open back yard is pleasant. Only complaint is that the walls are thin so you’re taking your chances if there are noisy renters above or next door. We were lucky to have courteous neighbors but I imagine it could be loud if people are staying up late.

Nice Stay!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this property. The condo was clean and had recent upgrades. The location was a bit far from things but still easy to get around. I agree with the other reviews that the noise from the upstairs floor travelled easily to the downstairs unit but it wasn't that annoying. Yard was nice and big but the sprinklers came on at 3:30 pm so you couldn't play the cornhole on the grass since it was wet. Overall we were very happy with this property.

Successful Vacation

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this property. While it looked a bit far from things, we actually found that it was incredibly easy to get around by walking (downtown, beach, etc.). The property featured recent upgrades, and had everything we needed. My only concern was that, as other reviews had noted, noised travelled easily between the four units in the building. We were on the first floor and we could hear everything happening upstairs....everything. Other than that, I would stay again!

Very clean property

The property was very clean and newly renovated. Our biggest complaint was how thin the walls were for the other connecting units. It sounded like the people above us were in our condo and they partied until 3 am. It was so loud we could not sleep. Also, the WiFi signal was too weak.

Great place!

Great place! Completely renovated and well appointed for our long weekend stay. The location was great- just a short drive to the beach and plenty of places to walk the neighborhood. The only improvement I would make is the sound from the unit above. The other renters were respectful so it was not an issue but if you had a louder group above, it may get loud. Overall, the amenities and location were very nice.
