The Great house was perfect for a long weekend trip. The home was large enough for our family of 5 and dog, was within walking distance of Downtown Rehoboth and was nicely furnished and quite comfortable.
Home is great and as described! Convenient to the town and beach

It was a HUGE surprise to arrive and learn that the owner lived upstairs. We did not receive a parking permit for in town (it was in use by owners personal guests). Instructions remind the renter to bring sheets and towels. I did not expect to purchase toilet paper. We did receive a credit of 200 as owner used the 4th bedroom outback. It is an eclectic property with large bright billboards attached to it and situated at the corner of an intersection. There is also another in-suite type of property onsite that someone lives in. Owner is nice but I firmly believe the description needs updating. This is not a 4 bedroom/ w bath home, it is 3 bedroom plus a bedroom and bathroom not attached to the home. That is important when booking a reservation that includes children.
This is the second time we've stayed at the Great House, and we had a great time. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. Close to boardwalk and beach.
The house was great. Communication with the host was excellent. The pictures and description are clear representations of the property. Highly recommended for anyone that wants a nice getaway at Rehoboth Beach.
It was a nice place and nice location. It was very unexpected that we had to purchase sheets, towels, pillow cases, soap/ shampoo and paper towels prior to our arrival. I’ve never had to do that before with any rentals I’ve stayed at. Just be prepared.
David was fantastic at communicating with us for our stay. He was always quick to respond and we got in our place early! The place was great - only downfall was the dryer broke, but David got a new one mid way through our stay and dried our towels. It is a 20-30 minute walk to the beach, but we got our steps in! A little noisy at night with the traffic but we used our white noise machine. Overall a good family vacation!
Great location! Away from heavy foot traffic, 15 minute walk to Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. The walk from the house to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk was great everyday, you pass all the great little local shops and the amazing restaurants. Also five minute walk to a kid and dog friendly park. The host David is amazing and responds within minutes. The is exactly as the pictures show. We spent a lot of nights in the fenced in yard. Another selling point jungle Jim’s water park that is five minutes away, and all of the ranger outlets. We are already planning our next trip.

Was looking for an easy (affordable) rental. It's a quirky little property, but has two parking spaces and they provide a Rehoboth parking pass which is very helpful. We rented bikes from Seagrass (great business) and it was super easy to ride bikes out to restaurants, town etc. We even strapped our beach chairs on our backs and rode to the beach. David lives right upstairs and is very helpful. We had some trouble with the TV and a new one showed up the next morning.
Had a lovely time in Rehoboth - what a gorgeous perfect little getaway. House is sweet and just what we needed, as is the mini house out back! Thank you for everything David!
Close to some really good restaurants. The parking pass made driving to the beach and parking super easy. There wasn't any toilet paper when we arrived but when i let David know he quickly brought some over. We were satisfied with our stay
