Duplex apartment of 55m², located on the 1st floor, main aspect South/West.
First level:
Living room: sofa, television, dining area, access to balcony.
Open kitchen with living room equipped with 2 hobs, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine.
Shower room with washbasin
Separate toilet.
1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90cm).
In duplex: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (80cm).
A parking space.
Ideal for a family of up to 5 people.
Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

La serrure principale ayant été signalée comme difficile et défectueuse, nous avons fait le choix de retirer la clé du trousseau donnée aux locataires afin d’éviter tout problème pour entrer ou sortir de l’appartement. Nous comprenons que cela puisse créer des difficultés et nous en sommes navrés.
