Cozy yet sizable lower duplex in a residential area of downtown Cambridge. Featuring a nice size living room, full kitchen & bathroom with a soaking tub! Backyard with privacy fencing & a quaint patio area to enjoy! This unit has everything you need from home while away from home! Minutes from Pinewood Events Center, Beach, and Downtown. The unit will accommodate four adults comfortably. **Caution to TALL travelers the unit has 7ft ceilings. One king-size bed in the master bedroom, another (small) sleeping room with a full bed, and a twin pull-out in the family room. Excellent for travelers with a pet, the yard is fully fenced in! This is a duplex home; each unit has a separate entrance, yard, and fenced-in area. You won’t likely see anyone from the adjacent unit unless you want to. Guests can message or call me anytime if they need anything. Quaint downtown residential area. Tree lined streets and small town charm! 3 miles to Pinewood Weddings and Events Center. 10 miles to Braham Event Center. 6 Miles to Erikson Farmstead 6 Miles to Circle B 1 Mile to all shops in Cambridge, Target, Kohls, Walmart, restaurants, local boutiques & Coffee Shops. Few Blocks off of Main Street *this unit does not have its own thermostat but it stays nice and cool in summers and I leave portable heater in winter just in case you like in warmer than 72 degrees.

Very pet friendly. Communication with property manager was amazing. There was a little mix up with our stay but we caught it early and it was taken care of without any issues for us and we could enjoy our sons wedding without worry.

Great Stay in Cambridge!

The house was clean, comfortable and was stocked with everything you need in a weekend stay. We had a great time at this place and would stay here again if we need to come back to Cambridge. Treats were a fun surprise.

Adorable space perfect for small family with pets.

Had a great stay on the property. We stayed in the lower level of the home and had a very quiet experience until another group came in Thursday to stay in the upper unit; extremely loud noise transfer to lower unit. Good communication when discovered washer didn’t have an operating spin cycle. Unit was quite chilly but space heaters provided by owner really helped to cut the cold in the home. We would stay again in the future.

Misleading

Just know that there will be people above you who will wake you and your dogs up every morning around 5:00 am with their heavy footsteps and then again during the evening. The upstairs neighbors cussed out our dogs for barking and the atmosphere felt hostile from them as at one point when my husband left to get food and our dogs barked, the upstairs people seemed to be jumping up and down, making it very loud in our downstairs apartment. We will not be back. We can live among bad attitudes at home but not when we are on vacation.

Shawn, it is unfortunate that the other guests yelled at your pups on the last night of your stay….. To be fair though they advised they did so because when you left the dogs in the yard unattended while you were out and your doing so caused your pups to bark incessantly. Although I am sure your dogs are not like this all of the time, even perfect dogs can get a bit crazy when in a strange place without their owners. Nonetheless, thank you for staying and best of luck to you with your future travels.

The apartment was clean and cute. However, it was very cold on a hot June day. The space heater that was provided did help to take the chill out. Also, although, at 5'2", I had no problems, my 6' son and 6'2" husband kept hitting their heads on the ceiling.

Great little apartment

Wonderful little lower level of a home near downtown Cambridge (walkable for sure and plenty of food options nearby). The nook under the stairs was so adorable and even had a light and little shelves, our 10 year old claimed it for his "room." Comfortable furnishings, private fenced in yard which made traveling with our dogs pretty easy. Tub is very soak worthy and we enjoyed that too, as we were in the area for trail races and the soaks were great for recovery. Thermostat is linked to the upstairs of the home, but owner did have space heaters available, which we absolutely and gratefully utilized. ;) Being a lower level, potential renters should note the short ceilings in spots (hubs rung his bell pretty good the first night going up the stairs), but for the rest of our party we were all good. HA! Lovely rental, would absolutely visit again!

It was a great location. In the extreme heat of the past week - the A/C kept us cool and comfortable! Property manager was very good at communicating and checking in with us to make sure all was good!

This place was clean and quiet and off the beaten path. Sweet pond view and even saw a bald eagle!

Centrally located for day tripping to the numerous disc golf courses in the area. Would stay here again. 10/10
