Wonderful house!

We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated house. The owner was available and responsive to every question and recommendations. The location is special—sunsets every night on Three Mile Harbor at the end of the block. The house has a wonderful open floor plan which makes it great for family gatherings. Springs is a wonderful spot—quiet, wooded, yet close to Sag Harbor and Easthampton. Enjoy!

What wonderful people and perfect tenants! Sharon and her family are pleasant, respectful and very clean. I met with them at the beginning of their stay and I left wishing I could have spent more time with them. They are worldly, interesting, and so pleasant to be around. Such calm and beautiful people with a very peaceful aura. They left us feeling privileged that we could provide them with a home for their vacation. We would rent to them again without hesitation!

Fabulous property

Loved our stay at this beautifully renovated home owned by an extremely nice and caring architect (who we met during our stay). The home was very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked...We were apparently his first guests and only had a small list of items to suggest for him to purchase. Great location on quiet street...convenient for quickly getting to shopping, restaurants, beaches etc.
