sehr schönes Landhaus in der Nähe von Annecy

Wir haben die Ferien in diesem sehr schönen freistehenden Landhaus sehr genossen. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Die Lage ist super, etwas ausserhalb von einem Dorf, aber doch sehr gut erreichbar. Die Küche im Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (grosser Kühlschrank, Geschirrspühler). Und im Sommer ist es natürlich auch toll mit der Aussenküche (mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspühler). Der Pool war auch ein Highlight und er ist nicht überall gleich tief. Super ist natürlich auch die Überwachung vom Pool, der sofort Alarm auslösen würde (sofern er nicht entsperrt ist). Die zusätzliche grosse Wiese ist auch toll für Kinder (oder Hund) zum Spielen. Auf der grossen Lounge auf dem Balkon lässt es sich auch gut entspannen und den Garten / Wiese überblicken. Überhaupt hat es genug Liegestühle, Sitzplätze und Sonnenschrime (Schattenplätze) rund um das Haus / um den Pool. Für einen Hund ist es natürlich auch super, dass das Grundstück vollständig eingezäunt ist. Es könnten problemlos 2 - 3 Autos auf dem Vorplatz parkiert werden. Im Haus hat es genug Betten über 3 Zimmer verteilt. Schade, dass es nur 1 Toilette hat, aber dafür 2 separate Badezimmer (1x mit Dusche und 1x mit Badewanne).

La maison est bien aménagée et très cosy. Il ne manque rien, literies très confortables, tout ce qu il faut pour cuisiner....cuisine d été, piscine et jacuzzi et tout cela dans un superbe décor montagneux au calme mais tout proche d Annecy. Nous recommandons 😉

Très belle villa à Quintal

Un très grand merci à Sandrine et Stéphane pour leur superbe accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous avons apprécié ce logement parfaitement clôturé permettant de laisser notre chien divagué dans la propriété pendant que nous profitions de la piscine. La villa est pratique et confortable, dans un endroit très calme. De plus, elle est à quelques minutes en voiture des commerces et permet de rejoindre rapidement l'autoroute pour visiter les différents points d'intérêts de la régions, ses différents cols, sans oublier la vieille ville d'Annecy et son lac. Un très bel endroit pour se ressourcer. En espérant prochainement pouvoir profiter à nouveau de ce très beau logement et de cette très belle région.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool im Garten war trotz kalten Wetters warm genug zum Baden. Einziger Nachteil: nur eine Toilette. Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Lovely Family Break

We've just returned from our stay in Annecy and enjoyed our time away thoroughly. The house was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. With three large bedrooms and open plan living space, we had plenty of room to get comfortable. The property is entirely secure so is safe for your dog or children to play about. The swimming pool alarm to prevent accidents was also very thoughtful. The house is light and bright with windows all around. There were very few critiques but if I had to mention anything, the one toilet located upstairs was a bit tricky. The main bathtub/bathroom is downstairs where two of the bedrooms are located, but the toilet is back upstairs. Logistically the layout doesn't quite make sense. There is also evidence of the house undergoing renovation as some internal elements are not yet finished, door frames, etc. The stairs can be a bit of a risk for smaller kids. They are wooden and can get slippery. They are steep without a handrail. I'm not sure if the property has a stair gate, but it would definitely be needed should you have toddler and smaller children. The property includes towels and bedding. Aesthetically speaking, towels all in white along with wide bed sheets/duvets/etc. would offer a cleaner more streamlined, finished off look, befitting of the property, but that is merely a superficial suggestion. Overall, I felt that the photographs used to advertise the property didn't do full justice as the home is better in real life than in the pictures - that is a huge compliment as that rarely EVER happens. I'm a discerning house guest and felt very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for your hospitality and care. We hope to return someday in the future.
