Située au bord du GR34, la propriété dispose d’un très grand terrain et d'une superbe vue sur la baie de Douarnenez. La maison est agréable à vivre mais les extérieurs, les terrasses et l'espace piscine notamment, nécessiteraient un meilleur entretien, voire une rénovation.Il serait aussi agréable de pouvoir disposer de plus d'un drap de bain par personne et d'un torchon.
