The downstairs lounge area is the perfect set up for adults or kids to watch a movie, play ping pong and other games. Out the back door is a private, screened-in patio with seating surrounding a gas firepit, a BBQ and your own jetted hot tub.

While staying at this home you can relax on the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene, this is under a mile away or you can hop on your bike and explore the Centennial Bike Trail, only a block away, this trail will give one of a kind breathtaking views of Coeur d'Alene Lake.
