This quiet, cozy place was perfect for my 10 year anniversary trip with my wife. We spent lots of time relaxing and enjoying the hot tub. Just an overall awesome experience! Highly recommend!
House was super nice. Great get away from it all. Check in was challenging due to no network access on my phone to get assistance. Once we had the wifi password it was a breeze. Really enjoyed out stay.
Beautiful place. Enjoyed a little winter family vacation. Had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the privacy out in the woods away from town. Will definitely come back. Thank you
My wife and I stayed here with our dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house is very clean and has great style.
We loved being able to walk down to the lake and paddle board the bay to the sandbar.
The space was well maintained, cozy, quiet, and relaxing which is exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I stayed here when we went to Silverwood and while it is a little bit of a drive mainly due to a slower windy road it was close enough to everything we could have wanted and quiet enough to enjoy the fresh mountain air and relax and unwind after the busy day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay away from all the crowds and people. While we were there we saw a deer the first morning from the balcony while eating breakfast and plenty of birds and wildlife all around.
Beautiful, comfortable unit short walk down to lake
We had a really lovely 3-night stay at this rental in August 2024. The unit is comfortable and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The furnishings are high quality, towels are soft, and the hosts have provided all necessities. Tayler was impressively responsive; I reached out a handful of times with questions or minor issues and she responded each time within 10 minutes or less - including after 9pm and before 8am.
The reason I gave four stars was that the unit is not quite as described - which we discussed with Tayler and which hopefully she'll be able to work out with VRBO. The listing states that there is a queen bed and two sofabeds in the unit. In fact, those are sofas that are not beds - so we were in a bit of a pickle when we arrived and didn't have beds to comfortably sleep the three people in our party. Again, I offer my gratitude to Tayler for working quickly to solve the problem - picking up an air mattress and delivering it to the house - but the listing description needs to be updated to be accurate.
We enjoyed our time at the lake. There were two kayaks available for our use and we brought a SUP from home, so we explored all around and went for some dips once we got out past the sandbar (where there is less plant life growing underwater).
Overall, a great stay! Thanks for having us!
