Our stay in Sanders Beach was very pleasant. Everything CDL has to offer is a leisurely walk away.

The cottage is clean, we’ll appointed, and comfortable. Everything is in good working order and the neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and convenient to all activities. The bikes are solid and in excellent working order. Suggestions for improvements: 1) Cable options are adequate but somewhat limited. If you are adept at streaming you can find something to watch. 2) The master bedroom is a little tight to accommodate the footboard on the bed. My wife and I bumped our shins many times and I sustained a badly stubbed toe. All in all we found the cottage to be a good value and a pleasant and memorable experience. We would recommend it to a friend and would stay there again. CDL is a fantastic place to visit. Lot’s of great outdoor activities and wonderful dining and entertainment opportunities. We walked everywhere and even took late night strolls through the pleasant neighborhoods and downtown area. The resort is fantastic and has many options for dining and entertainment. Matt is a great host and very helpful with suggestions to help you gat the most from your trip.

Lovely, well-appointed, cozy cottage

A very attractive cottage with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The house is located in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, and is an easy walk to the beach. The hois well-decorated and the furnishings are very comfortable. It has a great front and back yard providing a good place for kids to play. The backyard also has a nice barbecue and eating area. There is a light-weight paddle-board/kayak and two bicycles available for use. Matt was an excellent host, very quick and responsive in his communication and was a knowledgable resource about the area.

We felt right at home!

Coeur d'Alene is a beautiful town and our stay here in the cottage made it that much more enjoyable. The home was clean and tidy and had many amenities. Upon arrival, there was a bottle of wine, a sweet treat and brochures of local activities in the area. We used the bikes on several occasions for a quick ride down town where we enjoyed a variety of restaurants and pubs. Tubb's Hill was very close so we hiked along the water's edge on our way to town one day as well. A few nights, we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood in which this little gem is nestled. We would certainly return back to Coeur d'Alene and this cottage if it were available.

Great location. Small but all the amenities. Bikes were a nice bonus as the trail is near by. Matt was responsive to all communication so no surprises.
