Welcome to large families to this magnificent duplex apartment in the heart of Annecy’s pedestrian district!<br>Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, await you, along with a very spacious living room/kitchen.<br>The lake is 300 metres away, and shops, restaurants, and the market—held three times a week—are right at the building’s doorstep<br>Cleaning is handled by a team of professionals from “Les services d’Aline” to ensure impeccable quality. <br>The apartment is rated 4 stars and sleeps up to 7 people.<br>Located on the 3rd and top floor (no lift), the apartment is typical of Annecy’s old town. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining and living areas can accommodate up to 9 people. A very large bedroom with its own shower room and a 180cm bed is sure to delight couples and parents. A second bedroom on the same level is available, also with its own shower room.<br>Upstairs: a spacious loft with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Finally, the living room sofa bed is very comfortable.<br>The entire apartment was renovated in 2021.<br>Little ones are also welcome: a travel cot (please remember to bring your own sheets), a high chair, and books are available.<br>For your comfort, the beds are made upon your arrival and towels are provided.<br>Everything you need to get your stay off to a smooth start will also be available: soap, shampoo, trash bags, a sponge, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, tea, and coffee.<br>Rue Sainte Claire, the heart of the old town!<br>Come experience the lively summer atmosphere of this wide pedestrian street and its arcades: restaurants, bars, markets, entertainment, and the lake just 300 metres away. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is right here.<br>In winter, you can enjoy restaurants specialising in local cuisine—indulge in some fondue! :)<br>The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the train station.<br>If you’re coming by car, the easiest option is to park at Parking Sainte Claire or Parking du Château. You can even purchase a multi-day parking pass there.<br>Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift! Therefore, it is not wheelchair accessible.
