The location is excellent. The view is also excellent. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Would recommend and additional TV in the living areas. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Property manager very accommodating and accessible.

The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching the dolphins, ducks, and Manatee. Spacious and comfortable layout for spending time with family and friends. Kitchen, dining, living, and family rooms were fantastic. Loved the view of the water from the rooms.

This house is our favorite in Crystal River…clean, spacious, well-appointed, and the best sunsets on the river! It’s our second year staying here, and we will be back!

This was our 3rd year renting and by far the family’s favorite house to gather after the holidays. The host is very attentive, the house is clean and well equipped. We all love to fish off the seawall, kayak around the cove and enjoy the firepit at night! We have ventured to other rivers but we keep coming back, this house is the best!

Awesome Stay-cation!

Amazing weekend getaway was what we needed! There were dolphins swimming right at the dock--in the backyard!! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing View and Property!

The house is very spacious and very clean. The back patio is beautiful, and the dock was perfect for our boat! The sunsets were gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!

Pilot Point Family Vacay

Beautiful views with morning visits from manatees and eagles! Our time spent on Pilot point was relaxing and peaceful. The grandmothers loved the fishing from the dock and enjoyed our family time. A memorable stay for sure.

Relaxing and clean!

A lovely home, just as described. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful view and great fishing. We loved the hammock, corn hole, and giant Jenga. We would stay here again when back in the area

This was our 5th year scalloping and by far the best house. The location was perfect, the house was very clean and had a cozy feel to it. Great place to stay…

This is an excellent place for those that love being waterfront and in a home that has ample room for a large family. From easy access to the Gulf for fishing to paddle boarding and fishing off the dock, our family had a great time. The whole process was easy and the communication with the home owner was very easy and accommodative. We will definitely visit again.

property was great. plenty of room. bunk room could use better air conditioning. beds could be better. i think the overall suggestion for the beds was a new and softer mattress topper. overall great place for a weekend.
