Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please strip the beds and leave bedding and towels on the floor.

Run the dishwasher and take trash out.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The guest is welcome to use the dock with their own boat. Due to low tide please utilize Florida Marine Tracks to monitor the tide levels.

We do provide 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. The guests are welcome to use responsibly.

There are security cameras around the property. The guests are not allow to cover or deactivate them.
