You will appreciate the view offered from the living room, the kitchen or the terrace and will enjoy the privacy of the vast garden. From the cottage, a multitude of outdoor activities are available to you and all amenities are within walking distance. On sunny days, treat yourself to a picnic on the lawn bordering the quay, while watching the boats pass through the lock. Montertelot, a small town located on the route of the Nantes-Brest canal and the Vélodyssée, constitutes a truly privileged stopover for fishermen, cyclists, hikers and boaters. Lovers of heritage and architecture will appreciate the towns of Josselin (Small City of Character) and Ploermël a few kilometers away. About 30 minutes away, you can immerse yourself in the legendary Brocéliande forest, explore the Gulf of Morbihan or even stroll in La Gacilly. Charming house facing the Nantes to Brest canal!
