Smokey Max Chalet 4 bedroom 2,5 bath, sleeping 10 people, 4 car parking

The WiFi is slow because you are in the mountains. But we have Directtv that its in 3 level, i keep good package , including HBO.

I take my time writing review, 8 woman rent Chalet and stay 7 day at my place. First of all The Chalet is look better now, then in the pictures ( we dun many renovations )and we have videos, that you can find in goole and YouTube about it.We are at list in 20 web and run this business for 7 years , i dont know HOW "deceiving" can be??? And yes we have same issues with the cleaning people before, right now we have 5 stars in v r b o and other web I understand allot of heat going on with the USA, people not happy, please DO NOT turn on my business, we, my husband and i work very hard for that and try to please every one. If you dont like the property as you inter the door, i am more then welcome refund you back your money, BUT do not stay 7 days and say its not the place you rented!!! Most of all we are forbidden any PARTIES at our Properties ,men, woman, your all sexual reality that happen with your staying pls take same other place . We are Family Cabins , and that how we build our business.

Hi Robin, thank you for the review ,its look like you don’t like at all the Chalet. You been offer to leave the Chalet when you arrive, and you refuse, you been, offer extra cleaning to do with extra towel, you refuse. But lets start from the beginning , before you arrive you been inform, that we have rough people stay at the Chalet and its need extra time to clean it. You arrive 1 hour early and you want early check in, which was not was available and you was inform about that, but you refuse to leave and stay over the cleaning people and pushing then finish cleaning. There are no one can clean the property good , when they need to be rush to get out. My 6 month check in the Chalet is September , I just left from the Chalet. First, you do not mention about lines and towel was dirty!!! I am stay in on top of my cleaning people all the time, all of my lines and towels is pure bleach. And when I arrive at the Chalet , that how I find the lines and towels. Second there is Xbox games at the Chalet, HDMI cable is not damage you just do not know how to use it, I did text you how to use it. Hot tub is running on economic use, you just need to ask owner how to increase the tempr., but you never did. I don’t think you have at your house 51 jets massage hot tub, and I don’t think how is on unusable?? To much jets for you?? Internet is working good, better then in the town of Sevierville , you need to understand you are in the mountain , the internet is working by satellite . Its NON smoking Chalet, if you smell the smoke , its probably guest dun that, you should ask me my cleaning people will remove the smell. But when I arrive to the Chalet in September, I don’t smell anything. For the Future costumers, the Chalet is in great location, mins drive to all attractions .I always keep up with updates for the Chalet, deep cleaning, and staffed with everything. As a owner I will appreciate if you treat my property like yours. Pls give time for the cleaning people to do them work with out being rusted .If you need extra services , or you don’t know about same thing, PLEASE ask the owner, I am here for you 24 hours.

Hi the location is in Sevierville, we are 10 min drive to dollywood, 5 min to park way. There is sign on the post to turn on Red Bon Way, and the only road going in. About the playground , we put it same mats under, and i add new pictures to the listing. About the hot tub: there is instructions how to use hot tub on the wall. The hot tub is in economy mode, what you need to do increase the temperature, close the cover, wait for 2 hours at till the hot tub heat up. If you have any troumble , i will be more then welcome walk you tru.

About the TV, we have 350 channels to watch , sports, moves. The Xbox, all connections is in place, you just need to connect to the power. About the (neighbors), same investor come and turn is little cabins to cute overnight rentals, that been fix. With all people request i did put it in each bedrooms including master 4in top softer.
