Perfect Stay

We loved staying at this property. Wonderful hosts who were very helpful. We would definitely give them and the property a 10 +! Plan to visit again. Location was very close to everything we needed. The gite is beautiful! Book quickly you do not want to miss out.

The apartment was beautiful!!! Kurt and Nicole are warm and entertaining hosts..we had a wonderful time… especially the dinners!! We will never forget this experience… merci bien!!!

The hosts were so very amicable. We enjoyed spending time with them as well as their 2 furry babies. The meals that they prepared for us were excellent and beyond what we had expected and hoped for. We understand that the host family has other gites nearby. We hope to experience those places soon with them. We will certainly stay with the hosts again. Hopefully sometime very soon.

Paradise near St Emilion

We had the best stay at this beautiful property. The pictures show its beauty but the charm and comfort can only be shared from experience. Our hosts are incredible chefs and wonderful conversationalists (kindly putting up with my basic french), who provided a gourmet dinner and two delicious breakfasts. They are also a wealth of knowledge about the area. We highly recommend Le clos Emilion! Thank you for a wonderful three days!

Super tolles Haus, das durch seine tolle geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung besticht und alles bietet, was man braucht ! Top Lage, um die Grand Crus und das Umland von Bordeaux kennen zu lernen. Nicole und Kurt sind wundervolle Gastergeber, die stets mit Rat zur Seite stehen und uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben. Vielen Dank an euch beide für alles :)

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Saubere und großzügiges Haus. Tolle, große und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Super nette und extrem hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Abendessen am Table d‘hôte war genau wie das Frühstück jeden Euro wert. Nicole und Kurt sind wirkliche Gastgeber, wie man sie noch sehr selten findet. Dankeschön für die gute Zeit die wir bei euch verbringen durften.

Kurt and Nicole were the most amazing and gracious hosts. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast with them throughout our stay and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We biked to nearby Saint Emilion and had a fantastic day there. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to visit again!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nicole et Kurt. Les chambres du gite sont très spacieuses et très bien aménagées.La table d'hôte était digne d'un restaurant gastronomique et le petit déjeuner très bien servi.Une excellente adresse sans aucun doute.Dommage que l'engagement de tarif pour les non buveurs de vin n'ait pas été respecté. Cela a cependant été largement compensé par les buveurs de vin ;-)
